The ailing ex-cop also said that Suge Knight, a one-time close friend of Shakur and Death Row Records founder who is currently in jail awaiting trial for murder, played a key role in faking his friend’s death. He claims Shakur paid $50,000 for a body double to be taken to the morgue.
The sick ex-cop said: “The world needs to know what I did. I’m ashamed that I let a price be put on my word and I cannot die without letting the world know.”
He also indicted 30 people who he claimed help fake the rapper’s death and they include police officers, medics and multiple eye witnesses.
Shakur is known for his explicit and controversial lyrics. He was embroiled in a feud between East Coast and West Coast rappers, becoming involved in conflicts with other rappers, producers and record-label staff members, most notably The Notorious B.I.G. and the label Bad Boy Records.
Shakur has sold more than 75 million albums worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists in the world.
On September 7, 1996, Shakur was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Koval Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Prior his death, he was at the Mike Tyson vs Bruce Sheldon boxing match  with Knight and was involved in an altercation with gang member Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson.
A short while later, while en route to night club a car pulled up alongside Shakur’s while he was standing with his head out of the sunroof in the company of Knight and unknown occupants shot him, hitting him in the chest, pelvis, right hand, thigh and lung.

I Know Nothing About Saraki’s Ordeals - Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has distance himself from the on-going trial of Senate president, Bukola Saraki by the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB and the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.

Embattled Senate President, Bukola Saraki
Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant to the President in a statement issued on Sunday, September 20, said third parties should not link the president to the case and stressed that the law does not make provision for the “Bureau and the tribunal to take instructions from any quarters.”
As an independent institution equal to any superior court of record, the tribunal is set up by the constitution to determine the issue of default, false declaration or forgery in assets declaration. This therefore is purely a judicial process and has nothing to do with the presidency.
“If anyone has an axe to grind with what they are doing, they should do it in a judicial manner by challenging those actions in a proper court of law. Let them hire a good team of lawyers to prove their innocence.
“Government has no desire to persecute anybody. The President has vowed to respect the rule of law and this is what he is doing by staying out of this matter. He has said times without number that the war against corruption has no sacred cows.
Shehu said there was no way the president stop the trial or do anything to alter justice.
“It is purely a judicial process, the type of which are routinely dealt with by the CCB and the CCT. There are many cases like this that are going on.
“The President has sworn to an oath to protect the constitution and will not violate that oath.”
50 Nigerian senators met in the nation’s capital, Abuja, on Saturday, September 19, over t.
The emergency meeting, chaired by the Deputy Senate Leader, Bala Ibn Na’Allah, accused a cabal in the presidency of instigating the government institutions against Saraki.
Meanwhile, Saraki, has dismissed reports and insinuations on micro blogging site, Twitter, about the possibility of him from his verified twitter page.
